I belong to a church that wants you to be completely open about the sin in your life. When I have told them about my sexual sin in the past, I was asked to leave because the Bible talks about throwing out the sexually immoral. I have been asked to leave several times this year. I have sinned again, and I'm afraid to tell the people in my church for fear of them making me leave again. But God knows what I have done! And I've been lying to them. So, I'm not being a true Christian..I'm living a lie until I get open with the people at church:(

The true spirit of Christianity is about not judging others, because none of us are perfect, and also about accepting others for who they are and advising and guiding them as best as we are able to, and only as far as they let us. God never forced anyone to change their ways. Neither did Jesus. The choice for change was always left in our hands.
So, as harsh as this might sound, if your church is taking that stance on people in their congregation, they've completely missed it. And by "it" I mean what they're duty is as Christians. The mistakes of the past should be left in the past, and once you've repented and have been forgiven, that should be the end of it. I advise you to leave said church and find somewhere else where the people embrace the spirit of Christ more. That's all I can really say to you regarding this. I hope it helps.

You should find a new church - let he who is without sin hurl the first sin. The church has no right to judge you, instead they should be helping you. Dont let Satan win!

Wherever u go either new or old church ...God will be everywhere ( If u trust) main thing u should never feel shame cos u are we all are result of sex ..If u would like to more idea about god and sex then add my id munnusleo36@yahoo.com . God bless to all human .Cheers
