My best friend is having sex with my husband. I left him to move in with her and her husband. My husband harassed us continually and then just stopped. Now I know why. Isn’t she the greatest?

i met this girl she called me we went out a couple of times, like friends. Then i asked if there was something going on between us and she was king of hesitant and drifted away. she travels a lot, after a few calls and some calous behavior on my part (she always changes plans) i sent her a mail trying to express my feelings sincerely (nothing too explicit). She never called back or answered the mail. Its been nearly two weeks.

Last class left me disappointed. Half of my students weren’t prepared, and one fellow was falling asleep literally next to me. Teaching for the first time this year has been a curious experience. I have to follow a syllabus I didn’t write, which has been frustrating for both my students and me since it’s a disaster of poor planning. I also can’t help but feel odd teaching students not so much younger than myself; but it’s probably also a bit odd for them. Usually (for instance, when we don’t have to review for the stupid quizzes I’m forced to give them), class is much more fun. I’ve also discovered to my surprise that my favorite students are not necessarily my best.

I love my boyfriend very much. I have been with him for 4 years and most of the time we have been very happy. But lately I feel as if I have been wanting to stray . Its not because of boredom i don't think. I just think I am a selfish person that wants more than i should have. I wanted this guy I met who was beautiful, but that never happened because he went back to where he was from. Now i find myself looking at every male and female i meet and trying to figure out how to get them in bed and hoping that my boyfriend goes out of town so i can bring them home with me. Am I a horrible selfish person? Or is it just because I see my friends going ouyt all the time and having fun that it makes me want todo the same? HELP!!!

I am still alive. Last time I cut myself I went down to the tendons. I have to go to the hospital most days to get the plaster thing changed. They say if I keep exercising it I should keep full movement. I have gotten rid of the blades, and given up alcohol. I keep going, one day at a time. The little things help. I check this website every day, for the messages people send me, and to see bits of other people's lives.

I'm not happy with myself. Bad enough my roomate dislikes me. What can I say? It's not easy changing oneself for I have been used to being what I am now. Yes I needed to change but my priority is the internet. I don't know but I think I could have been addicted to the net. I just don't know where to start in improving myself. I really needed direction and motivation and most of all someone to encourage me in making myself the best I could be.

I had a nice phone conversation tonight with my ex-fiancée. I still don’t understand why it didn’t work out. Geography, I suppose. She’s German. We never agreed on a date, and I became tired of living alone half of the year. Now I live alone all year long. I’ll see her next year on her side of the ocean if I get the grant I’ve applied for. But that’s not a solution, and it’s foolish to base a relationship on an unforeseeable contingency.

I am married with two kids, we have adopted my best friend into our family and she has been part of our family for the past 14 years, her boyfriend of 12 years has only come along for the ride. Her boyfriend lied to her at the beginning of their relationship and did not tell her he had herpes for several months. We have taken him along with us on trips, dinners and family events because of her. He then quit one good job and used our friendship to get a job in our family business. We took care of her when she was very sick and almost died; we had to force her boyfriend to help. They no longer have a physical relationship; she needs him strictly as a companion and transportation. Last year, he walked out on our family business. Then hired an attorney to collect workers compensation (not saying a word that he had been hurt before he left – but also not happy because he could not get a raise). We feel he is just using her. He wants her to choose between us the family or him the boyfriend.
