When I was still in my teens, I had sex with my sister. It all started as harmless experimentation, but went too far. We're both married now, not to each other of course, and we don't have much contact. When we do get together for holidays and such it's very uncomfortable. Our spouses don't know, but our parents do. How do I overcome the shame? It eats away at me as time goes by. What's worse is I have a sick, sexual fantasy/fetish about brother/sister incest. You shouldn't worry too much. A lot of kids experiment at a young age, it might not seem common to you, because its not exactly a subject people discuss EVER! I would say you you have nothing to feel ashamed about. At the time you were much younger and didn't really know what you were doing. So leave it where it belongs, in the past. Don't even think about it.
You would also be wise to put your fantasies aside, look at the whole matter objectively, you did something, made a mistake, and get over it, think of it as an isolated incident, and get on with your life.

If you seriously keep thinking about it try get some counselling from a professional in that area, they are non judgmental. They dont need to know all the details of your past action but you can discuss your thoughts.

I understand totally. I was in a relationship with my sister and it was great. I dont feel bad about it and we are still close, but not sexual. But Man if I had the chance again Id go for it for sure!!!
